GRAD NIGHT 2024!
This celebration is an all-night, action-packed party for our seniors!
This safe, drug and alcohol-free event is held on the night of graduation, Wednesday, June 12, 2024. Graduates will enjoy a night of fun-filled activities, lots of food, and the opportunity to be with all their friends on one of the most memorable days of their lives!
Graduates will depart via bus after the graduation ceremony and will be picked up at Bellevue High School the following morning around 5am. The new graduates will visit two different surprise venues where they can safely gather and celebrate together. There will be plenty of entertainment, food, snacks, drinks, and planned activities. Chaperones and security will be on hand to ensure a fun and safe environment.

WHAT ARE THE LOGISTICS ON GRADUATION DAY?
Date: Wednesday, June 12, 2024
Time: 7:30-9:00pm 2024 graduation ceremony at UW Alaska Airlines Arena
9:45 pm Check-in for the All Night Grad Party at Bellevue HS lower aux gym (by the weight room).
(Note: Bring your change of clothes for the All Night Grad Party to graduation. IMMEDIATELY following the ceremony, Seniors need to head to Bellevue HS for check in. Please coordinate your transportation accordingly).
10:15 pm Load buses. Seniors MUST be checked in by this time!
10:30 pm Buses depart for the PARTY!
5:00 am Arrive back at BHS parking lot (by aux gym). Parents are strongly encouraged to pick up students. They will be very tired from a fun all-nighter party and should not drive themselves home.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF MY TICKET?
Although the Class of 2024 has been raising funds to help sponsor this event since freshman year, there is still a cost to attend the event. The ticket price includes transportation to/from the event venues, all food, activities, entertainment and FUN, FUN, FUN! There are no additional fees or spending money necessary. It’s all covered!
WHERE IS THE PARTY?
The locations and schedule for the event are intentionally kept TOP SECRET not only to encourage curiosity and excitement but to add another level of safety and security and prevent unwanted party crashers.
The Class of 2024 gets EXCLUSIVE use of the venues. Yep, you get the entire venues to yourselves!
All venues are vetted by a professional event planning company before the final selection by the Grad Night Committee.
HOW MUCH DOES GRAD NIGHT COST?
As you can imagine, transporting more than 200 students to more than one venue, providing exciting food and drink options, and hosting an action-packed evening full of activities and entertainment for 8 hours can be expensive. Thanks to the 2024 fundraising efforts, we were able to keep prices at the EARLY BIRD price of $199 per person. Tickets increase to $239 on April 8, 2024.

ARE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE?
YES! Any student that needs a scholarship to attend should contact their BHS guidance counselor. All information will be kept confidential. All scholarship requests must be received by the counseling office by May 1, 2024.
REFUND POLICY
Grad Night Tickets are refundable pursuant to the following:
To provide notice of cancellation email BellevueGradNight2024@gmail.com with your student’s name, email address, to whom the refund check should be made payable, and mailing address.
BUS ASSIGNMENTS:
Don’t worry! You’ll get a chance to sign up for the bus of your choice. To select a bus assignment, you MUST have completed your registration, payment and waiver. A bus sign-up will be emailed to all students (on or around May 12) who have completed the 3 aforementioned items.
Please note that ALL students must ride the bus to and from the party. There are no early releases available.
